So I recently lost my job. I’m already living at my parents temporarily until I get back on my feet, but I’m feeling so pressured to move out and I feel like they don’t even care about me being able to move out, they just want me gone. Having no job is not an excuse to not move out and start renting, it’s a genuine reason that you absolutely should not am I right?
I just wish they were more supportive in terms of making sure I’m ready and not going to end up in the same situation that got me here instead of pushing me out the door.
Don’t get me wrong I’m so grateful for them letting me stay, but I’m not even here often, I tidy up after myself, I’m the only one to ever have paid any rent, plus I babysit whenever they need. They have more than enough space so why is it so important I leave before I’m ready?
It’s so much pressure and I can’t take it.
